Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of any paid digital product within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason — no questions asked.

This guarantee is offered voluntarily by Mészáros János e.v. EU law normally allows sellers of digital content to deny refunds once the file is downloaded; we waive that exception in your favor.

2. How to request a refund

You have two equivalent options. Both result in a full refund to your original payment method, processed by Paddle (our merchant of record):

• Open the Paddle support link printed in your purchase receipt email and submit a refund request with your order ID.
• Email hello@trackwell.eu from the address you used at checkout, with your order ID in the subject line. We forward the request to Paddle the same business day.

3. Processing time

Paddle approves valid refunds within 1-2 business days. The funds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

You will receive a refund confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is issued.

4. Bundle and partial refunds

The "Complete Bundle" product is sold as one item. If you request a refund within 14 days, the entire bundle is refunded; we do not offer partial refunds on individual languages within a bundle.

If you bought a single-language product and a bundle separately, each is refundable on its own 14-day window.

5. Anti-abuse exception

In rare cases of clear and repeated abuse — for example, the same customer purchasing, refunding and re-purchasing the same product multiple times within a short period in a pattern consistent with redistribution — we reserve the right to decline a refund on a specific transaction. We will explain the reason in writing.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

6. Lead magnet (free sample)

The 1-month free sample is provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund. You can stop receiving emails from us at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@trackwell.eu.
